Established in 2015, A New Beginning Wellness Center promotes hope, healing and mental well-being through compassionate counseling services for individual therapy, couples counseling, family counseling, group counseling, training, groups and classes, peer support services and youth support services.  Our counselor specializes in a variety of areas such as grief and loss, PTSD, attachment, anxiety, depression, blending families, trauma and psychosocial issues.    Each of the therapies are customized to the client.   Our counselor has received special training in TBRI (Trust-based relational intervention),  CBT, DBT, Theraplay, art therapy, and more.  We accept Medicaid and private pay and offer flexible scheduling with each client.  Our goal is to make mental-health services more convenient for our families.  Serving the Treasure Valley, we understand the busy lives of our clients and offer flexible scheduling with tele-health and in-person scheduling.
